Not 100% happy with your order?

1. The item must be returned in new and unused condition.

2. Click on the "Easy Return" button in My order page, select the item(s) and reason(s) for the return and confirm your selection.

3. Print out and attach the return label to the package that includes the item(s).

4. Drop off your return at the location closest to you in this link.

5. You can track its status directly from Order Detail.

For your Market Place orders returns:

1. The return labels for marketplace returns are included inside the package.

2. Drop off points for marketplace returns indicated on the return label that was sent.

✔️ Retururile sunt aprobate în mod obișnuit în termen de 8 zile. După aceea, procesul de rambursare poate dura 2-5 zile lucrătoare, în funcție de metoda de plată.

Nu ești 100% mulțumit/ă de comandă?

1. Articolul trebuie returnat nou, nefolosit.

2. Apasă pe butonul Retur ușor de pe pagina Comenzile mele, selectează articolul (articolele) și motivul (motivele) returului și confirmă selecția.

3. Imprimă și atașează eticheta de retur pe pachetul care conține articolul (articolele).

4. Lasă coletul de retur la cea mai apropiată locație, pe care o poți găsi folosind acest link.

5. Poți urmări starea returului direct din secțiunea Detalii comandă.

Pentru returul comenzilor din marketplace:

1. Etichetele de retur pentru comenzile din marketplace sunt incluse în interiorul pachetului.

2. Punctele de predare-primire pentru retururile din marketplace sunt indicate pe eticheta de retur inclusă în pachet.
