• As an e-commerce company serving over 30 million customers worldwide, we send a large number of orders each day. We pack your orders using speedy yet diligent processes, ensuring nothing gets damaged on the way.
Our trusted shipping service provider is Aramex.

• As soon as your order is handed over to our shipping service provider, you will be able to track your order status on the "Order Detail" page. You can access this page via the link in the mail you have received from us after placing your order.

• We offer free shipping and delivery for orders over 100 AED.
A fee of 30 AED applies for orders under 100 AED.

Returns & Refunds

• You have up to 15 days to try on and check your new items. If you’re not happy with your order, you can easily return your items with Trendyol – for free! All you need to do is follow a few easy and simple steps:

Create your “Return Label”

Log into your Trendyol account and generate your return label from the “Order Details” section. If you placed an order as a guest, go to the “Guest Orders & Returns” to create your "Return Label".
Kindly note that if your order arrived within multiple deliveries, you will have to create a "Return Label" for each delivery.
Next, click on the “Easy Return” button, select the item(s) you want to return, choose the reason(s) for the return. and choose your return method (home-pickup or Drop-off). Then select the refund method (Coins or the same payment method used when placing the order)After confirming all selected products, you can see and follow the instructions for the return.
Please note: We only accept returns with a Trendyol ""Return Label"" in our system. Your "Return Label" already contains the necessary address details, so no need for you to add any additional information. Remember that your return must be shipped from the country of your delivery address so that customs clearance can be completed.

Wait for a call from the Courier Firm

Home-pickup: Within 2 days from placing your return order, our courier firm will reach out to you via WhatsApp or phone to schedule a pickup time that works for you.
Drop-off: You can directly drop your package to nearest drop off point. You can find the nearest drop-off point in your order details page.

Pack Your Items

Make sure you safely pack all the items selected at the "Return Label" back in their original packaging, ensuring they're secure for transportation. Please don't forget to download the "Return Label" and make sure it's easily accessible when the courier arrives to collect your package.
Please note the below:
- The return label generated is specific to the item(s), which you want to return.
- The return label contains the address information, so there's no need to specify the address for the return process.
- Your return must be sent from the country of your delivery address so that customs clearance can be carried out.

Track the status of the "Return Package"

You can always track the status of your "Return Package" on the "Order Details" page.

Return Approval and Refund

Once your "Return Package" reaches our warehouse, we will process your refund and the total amount will be reimbursed to you through the same payment method that you used for the purchase. Please keep in mind that the refund time might vary according to your payment method. We'll send you a confirmation email once your return is processed.

You can return all items within 15 days with the exception of underwear, swimwear, bikinis, food and beverage, and jewelry. In addition, you can also check the product page to learn about the return conditions of the product.

Important for beauty products: For hygiene reasons, we can only provide a refund for beauty products that remain unused and are in their original packaging. Additionally, all packaging materials, instructions, and accessories that may have been included with the item must be returned to us along with the item.
In case the items are identified as worn or washed, we cannot refund them.

FAQ on Shipping

When will my order reach me?

• Products are usually delivered within the date range specified on the pages of "My Cart", "Order Confirmation" and "Order Detail". (Homepage > "My Account" > "My Orders" > "Order Detail").
Please note: Some ordered items may be delivered on different dates or in several parcels in order to faster deliver your products to you.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link that allows you to check online the status of your delivery, straight from the courier's tracking portal.
• You can also track the shipping status of your order from the link "Where is my shipment?" available on the "Order Detail" page.

Can I change the delivery address?

• If the order status shows that "Your order has been received" or "Your order is being prepared", you can still submit your request by using the "Contact us" button.
• If the order status is "Shipped", it's unfortunately not possible for us to change the recipient name and/or delivery address.
Please note: If the courier was unable to deliver the package to you (e.g. because you were out, or the address was incorrect), the package will be returned to the Trendyol warehouse and you will be refunded.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Trendyol delivers to Turkey, the UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman as well as many European countries, including Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Spain, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Luxembourg, Finland, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Slovakia, Greece, Romania, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Malta, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Lithuania and also to the United Kingdom. How can I get a "Return Label"

After creating your return request, you can access the "Return Label" in the following ways:
• Click on the "My orders" page and download your "Return Label".
• Once the "Return Label" is created, it will be emailed to you.
Please note: For more information on the return process, please follow the return steps detailed in the section "How Can I Return?".

Does any cost apply on returns?

Returns are usually free of charge.
Please note: If your order amount is below the minumum order value, after the partial return/cancellation, the shipping fee will be covered and deducted from your refund amount.to the Trendyol warehouse and you will be refunded.

Can I return an item from my home address or a drop-off point?

Of course! It is possible for you to return an item from your home address or a drop-off point.

Home address: After initiating the return process in the "Order Details", our courier partner will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to schedule a pickup date for your package from your address.

Drop-off point: After initiating the return process in the "Order Details", you can directly drop your package to nearest drop off point. You can find the nearest drop-off point in your order details page.

FAQ on Payment

Do you offer a "Cash on delivery" payment option?

• Trendyol offers the option to pay with cash or card on delivery for a service fee of 11 AED. Please note that this Cash on Delivery (COD) service fee is non-refundable.
• The value of the order must be no less than 100 AED and no more than 1800 AED.
• Cash on delivery is only available for orders eligible for free shipping.
