Usage • it is intended to be used as a wound contact layer when the wound is no larger than 10% of the body area and there is a risk of delayed healing due to bacterial load • choose the correct size cover or cut it according to the shape if necessary, then remove the protective paper with gloved hands and forceps • place the cover in a single layer in direct contact with the wound surface • if necessary, apply a second cover and secure it in place with a cover retention bandage or dressing fixation cover • the frequency of cover change depends on clinical conditions • bactigras can be left in place when the absorbent secondary dressing is changed • if the cover sticks, lightly wet it with sterile saline solution.
